I stayed there for about 9 months. Smaller, quiet park with paved roads and sites. Not much shade, but also no branches, pine cones, etc falling onto the RV. Facilities are very neat and clean. Service is prompt when something needs to be fixed. You can hear the traffic from I-95, but it's not intrusive. The park is close to fast food, a grocery store, seafood restaurants, and more. Very good monthly rates.
Now mostly seasonals. Price has gone up significantly. Still cash only and now they charge tax. Need to find another place to stay next time.
Clean, paved roads and sites, all sites with grass areas and tables. No pool or facilities for kids. Great for overnight or few day stay to see area sites.
Never stayed but the lady was very rude when we inquired about a long term stay. My husband had explained that he was working in the area as part of disaster recovery and needed a long term spot. She was “well if you want a long term stay, you have to call us long in advance”. Felt like saying “well lady, if we could predict where the next disaster was gonna be long in advance we would be rich enough to rent a luxurious condo for our stays!” but my husband has better people skills than she does and he didn’t. Then he asked her if she could put his name on a cancellation list and her response was “oh God no, we can’t keep track of everyone that wants a spot here”. Yes indeed, she was a real people person..... NOT!!!
