daughter with me, so she tells the officer to call DEPARTMENT OF CHILD SERVICES on me, everything is on the record. Everything is recorded. And I will still fight this to the end. She knew she was wrong, because when the cop took me to jail, I was immediately released 15 mins later, and was able to pick my child up from DCS. It is nothing but crooked cops and it starts with THE MAIN one, B HOGAN. She is very rude and arrogant, all they do, or well SHE DO, is sit on her ass in that neck of the woods and try and clock people and tack on more then one ticket, which is WRONG. God does not like ugly that’s exactly why he made her the way she is. . When I pleaded my case, I already had knock one ticket down, but when the judge was arguing back with me, and I was explaining to her that ON THE RECORD this is what I said and she can play the record back, she found me GUILTY on all charges, even the one she said I wasn’t found guilty of, she found me guilty of it and order me to pay all the fines, 12 month probation, defense drivers course class, and 80 hours of community services. I’m not doing neither of that. I said what I said, and I meant it. I’m a well educated MILITARY AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMAN, and I know my rights, and I’m not afraid to fight for what’s right and what’s wrong. This has been a very bad judgement on her as a Judge and I wouldn’t be surprise that this will call attention to anyone that’s above her. She was wrong, and B HOGAN was just as wrong as she was. It was an CAUCASIAN man explaining his case before me, and she let him over ride her many of times and she even said out her own mouth, “I RESPECT YOUR OPINION” but when I plead my case, and I talk out of turn ALLEGEDLY, according to the Judge, she found me in contempt of court. Which is HOGWASH.. My child had to see me walk out of that courtroom which I was initially only there to plead my case, knock some of these tickets off or down to say the least and go about my way. But instead I end up being walk out by a cop, while my child is in the hands of people she doesn’t even know, they wouldn’t even let me kiss my child goodbye because I didn’t know how long they was going to keep us apart, only to be let out of jail 15mins later, just because the JUDGE WANTED TO PROVE A POINT. I had to drive 4 hours away just to make it on time to court at 9, which means my child had to come with me. There was no way around that. Another soldier before me was sentenced to jail for 24 hours because according to the Judge they just pass a law saying if you do more then 100mphs over the Speeding limit, you will be sent to jail. . I just got me a lawyer, & we will fight this.
Same as the others before me commented. It was a heavyset lady with pink nails on, Officer B. HOGAN, she initially gave me 3 tickets, “Move Over Law”, “License Plate” because I am from South Carolina, and our frames do cover the State Name, and also “Speeding” according to her I was doing 90 in a 70 which I knew was wrong. . She also tack on “Video Chat” while driving, she said “I ASSUME you was video chatting because your phone was on your lap when I walk up to your jeep”, mind you I am PARKED. I have proof of the video chat log, as well as the time stamp on the tickets, I’m heading from SOUTH CAROLINA to FLORIDA, my maps was on and I was bumping music, but when we went to court she told a totally different lie, I also got a ticket for NOT SIGNING THE TICKETS. Apparently you can get a ticket for not signing the tickets in GA. So instead of paying the tickets, I went to court to fight it and I ask for a jury trial but instead I was advise to have a bench trial, so I did that and what happen yesterday, to say the least was a DISGRACE. It is nothing but BLLEEEEEEEEEP AND BLLEEEEP AND BLEEEEEEEP TRIGGER HAPPY COPS, throughout that whole county. I had my daughter with me, and the Judge was arguing back and forth with me because on the record I stated my facts and she didn’t like it, so when I got in her ass about it, she pull her Judge card and told the cop to put me in jail, mind you, I have my 2 year old
