Gave me a good deal on my trade in but a huge hassle to deal with. There manager was nice at first but got very aggravated later on. He was mad when I told him I was planning on looking at other cars today but would most likely be back. After I got the car from this dealership I waiting almost 3 weeks for my bank to receive the pay off for my old car which hurt my credit score because my payment was due for my previous car. The manager, Clyde, called me and asked me to come sign another paper but never informed me what it was about. It has been about a week since that and he hasn't called me again about it. It seems a little sketchy to me. I got a great deal on my car but other than that I wouldn't go back
Will pick up next week. Mike the svc manager and Russell are great. Happy to have them as a Ford dealer.

Excellent customer service and support
I contacted two other dealerships about an engine warning indicator. Both other dealerships advised they could not assist me even though the warning indicator advised of restricting vehicle performance. I contacted Mike Murphy Service who not only gave me a suggestion for remedy, but advised me to come on in and they would assist.
The remedy worked but I took my vehicle in the next day for regular service.
