Everything was really clean. Salad bar was clean and well stocked, bathrooms were nice and clean. Music was nice. Staff was very nice and attentive. There was a little mix up with my app but it was quickly resolved. Very nice experience!
After a long day on the road, we stopped in at 9:00pm expecting terrible, old, and cold leftovers. We were pleasantly surprised that everything we ate was fresh and tasted delicious. Our entrees actually LOOKED like the pictures and tasted better. Service was fast and friendly as well. I wish other places would learn from this place!
1st time at RT's. I know I was hungry... But the small plate of a half rack of ribs, 2 chix tenders, 4 butterfly shrimp, & fries, looked more like an appetizer plate. I wasn't in my right frame of mind, due to me being overly hungry, but jeez!
I did not use the washroom and did not eat the food from the buffet salad.

Staff were polite, restaurant was clean. Food was good but could have been prepared with more care.
Arrived around 8pm for dinner with my teenagers and hubby for father's day as we were on a road trip. Food was good and service was nice. Waiter was very nice and gave us attention right away. Our food was served few minutes after we have ordered no complain regarding that. But I have to say that the place looks old, abandoned and restaurant smells like old furniture. The floor was little dirty and sticky around our table.
